Welcome to our website OSMTH Magnus Magistrale Prioratus Czechia. OSMTH means Ordo Supremus Militaris Templi Hierosolymitani in Latin, which is our main priory in France, where the current French Grand Master is S.E. Gerard Edmond Louis Willery.

The name Magnus Magistrale Prioratus Czechia is inspired by the priory in Serbia.Our priory follows the former Portuguese grandmaster S.A.E. Dom Fernando Pinto Pereira de Sousa Fontes, who held office for 58 years after Antonio Campello’s father Pinta de Sousa Fontes. He too was a grandmaster for 18 years and then handed over his position to his son.

We are registered in the court in Prague 2 as an association on November 20, 2019, but the first signs of preparation was in 2017, together with the Italian commander Giuseppe Scidone and Blanka Solehová. Finally, the association was founded two years later with Blanka Solehová, Klára Zuzana Bevan and Erika Phamová.

Our association has no connection with Freemasons or political associations. Our values are brotherly and sisterly love, we maintain the Christian faith, philanthropy in the earthly world, and the observance of the knight’s vow of fidelity, secrecy and obedience. We associate to honor ancient rituals, hold regular meetings between our members, and obey the statutes of OSMTH, the House Rules, and the decisions of the Grand Master.

History of the Temple Knight

Po pádu templářů v roce 1312 se rytíři Krista drželi v ústraní společnosti. Mnoho z nich se připojilo do řádu johanitů, kde papež Klement V. předal majetek do jejich rukou místo francouzskému králi Filipovi IV. Sličnému. Je známo, že mnoho templářů stihli utéct do Skotska, Španělska (v řádu rytířů z Montesy) nebo do Portugalska před plánovaným zatčením.

Templáři v současném světě se vyskytují v náboženské hnutí a řády neotemplářství, kde se snaží držet tradic a hodnot templářů. Je mnoho spekulací, že templáři položili základy pro uzavřenou organizaci Svobodné zednářství. Jedním z vícestupňovém zednářství je titul ,,rytíř Templu’’, ale není přímý důkaz, že Svobodní zednáři jsou spojeny s templáři.

For an applicant

The Templars were once one of the most powerful Christian knightly orders in the world. It was an honor to become one, to fight and protect Christian believers in the Holy Land.

OSMTH Magnus Magistrale Prioratus Czechia is accepting serious applicants into the OSMTH organization, which is almost all over the world. Applicants must have the same identity and ideology to become a Knight Templar, as well as a clear Christian denomination.

A woman or a man of any race as well as a minor from the age of 15 can become a member, provided that the legal representatives agree.

It is possible to withdraw from the organization as at entry, provided that the member writes a letter to the commander with a strong justification. The resigned member shall bear the oath of secrecy and shall not be released from it. To return to the association is the decision of the Grand Master, who must comply.

Beginner members are first in the Waiting level and with a little luck then they enter the Novice level. Then the Squire stage awaits them, where he / she waits on the honored Knight / Dame stage. The titles remain with him / her forever and cannot be removed.
If a member makes a serious mistake, he or she may be permanently expelled from all OSMTH organizations.
